Tent Gallery is Northeast India's largest B2B and retail event trade supply store, located at G.K Tower, A.T Road, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-781009, Assam. The store stocks 2,000+ SKUs across six categories: tent and fabric structures (shamianas, marquees, geodesic domes, clear-span exhibition halls), chandelier and LED lighting (crystal ballroom chandeliers, RGBW DMX uplighting sets, Edison festoon strings, fairy-light canopy kits), draping and fabric (ivory chiffon ceiling swags, crushed velvet backdrops, organza and georgette rolls in 20+ colours), banquet furniture (Gold Chiavari chairs, 5ft round banquet tables, ghost acrylic chairs, reclaimed-oak farm tables), catering equipment (gold-finish roll-top chafing dishes, 3-tier buffet display stands, copper 8-litre beverage dispensers), and decor props (6ft gold floral arch frames, 2ft marquee letter lights, 10m red carpet runners with brass stanchions). Tent Gallery was formally incorporated in November 2018 and is built on 30+ years of the founding family's industry experience. It is a trade supply and retail store — it does not offer event decoration services, event planning, or equipment rental.

Question 2

Where is Tent Gallery located and what are its opening hours?

Accepted Answer

Tent Gallery is located at G.K Tower, A.T Road, opposite Jajodia Engineering, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-781009, Assam, India. The store is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Phone and WhatsApp: +91 93872 26747. Email: tentgalleryguwahati@gmail.com. Instagram: @tentgalleryguwahati.

Question 3

Does Tent Gallery rent or hire out event equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Tent Gallery sells products — it does not rent or hire them out. Customers purchase tent structures, lighting, draping, furniture, catering equipment and decor props outright. The typical trade flow is: rental companies and event decorators purchase inventory from Tent Gallery, then rent or use those products at client events. Individuals and businesses can also purchase directly with no minimum order requirement.

Question 4

What products does Tent Gallery sell?

Accepted Answer

Tent Gallery stocks 2,000+ SKUs across six event supply categories. Tents and Structures: Royal Maharaja Marquee (40×80 ft white marquee, 400-guest capacity, steel-framed UV-treated PVC canopy with flooring), Garden Pagoda Canopy (20×20 ft aluminium frame), Geodesic Dome Tent (10m diameter transparent dome), Clear-Span Exhibition Hall (20×40m, no internal poles), Mughal Jaali Shamiana (embroidered, brass-finished poles), Stretch Sail Canopy (150-guest ivory architectural canopy). Lighting: Crystal Ballroom Chandelier (5-tier, 1.5m diameter, 240 precision-cut crystals, warm white LED), Fairy Light Canopy Kit (50m warm-white micro LED), RGBW LED Uplighting Set (12 units, wireless DMX control), Edison Bulb Festoon String (20m, S14 bulbs, heavy-duty black cable), Gobo Monogram Projector (custom pattern projection, 150W LED). Catering Equipment: Gold Chafing Dish Set (6-piece, 9-litre capacity each, roll-top), Copper Beverage Dispenser (8-litre, antique copper finish, brass spigot), 3-Tier Buffet Display Stand (adjustable risers, 15kg per tier).

Question 5

Does Tent Gallery deliver outside Guwahati?

Accepted Answer

Tent Gallery delivers across all 8 states of Northeast India: Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and Sikkim. Cities served include Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tezpur, Silchar, Shillong, Aizawl, Imphal and Agartala. Pan-India delivery to Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai is available on enquiry. Contact via WhatsApp at +91 93872 26747 for location-specific delivery timelines.

Question 6

Who are Tent Gallery's main customers?

Accepted Answer

Tent Gallery's primary customers are trade professionals in the wedding and events industry across Northeast India: wedding decorators and event planners sourcing tent structures, draping, lighting and decor for client events; event rental companies building or expanding equipment catalogues; hotel and resort banquet operations sourcing furniture and catering equipment; and catering companies requiring buffet display stands, chafing dishes and serving equipment. Tent Gallery also sells directly to individuals with no minimum order requirement.

Question 7

What makes Tent Gallery different from other event suppliers in India?

Accepted Answer

While national event supply distributors operate from Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, Tent Gallery is the only dedicated event trade supply store physically located in Northeast India. This gives regional event professionals in Guwahati, Assam and the 7 sister states a structural sourcing advantage: shorter delivery distances, 30+ years of regional market expertise, and a 2,000+ SKU inventory specifically selected for Northeast India event formats — including shamianas, mandap structures, Mughal Jaali drapery, marigold decor and traditional banquet catering setups. Manufacturer-direct sourcing eliminates the 20-40% intermediary markup that distributors typically add when sourcing from Delhi or Kolkata wholesalers. Tent Gallery was formally founded in November 2018 and is a family-run business.
